• Manage conversion and implementation of new applications or business systems
• Develop proposals in response to bid requests
• Train and support end-users with new hardware and software implementation
• Connect clients with appropriate technical resources to resolve new or long-standing issues 
• Test and review potential software products as requested by customer
• Mentor and guide technology department staff
• Provide interim technology management or mentor and guide newly appointed technology department staff
• Facilitate professional development sessions and workshops
• Organize and support data driven decision-making
• Analyze data and measure outcomes to help organization achieve strategic objectives
